Rotten fruit sold at Woolworths - Midrand

I purchased a box of naartjies from Woolworths and after getting home I found two naartjies was ROTTEN and which was turned over, hence I could not see it when I picked it off the shelf ("very conveniently"). The SELL BY DATE was for the 30/11/21 and I purchased the item on 27/11/21 I then got into my car and got to the store and the manager was on lunch. I then spoke to the assistant manager who was also not very helpful. The first thing that upset me is that she told me that she is sorry because she found some boxes that did have some rotten naartjies and some how missed my box. Immediately I thought that they should have removed ALL boxes off the shelf. Her response was that she did not have that authority. I then insisted on a refund and they gave me back only what I paid. She did not do any PR with me what so ever considering that they were aware of this problem and that I had spend my time and petrol to go all the way back to get a mere refund and no proper apology or any other compensation. I then insisted for the Manager, Jason, to call me back. Today is the 1/12/21 and still no call from the Manager. I used to hold Woolworths in high regards for especially their fruit and veg, but not anything else cos they are expensive BUT NO MORE. They just LOST a customer and all my friends and family will hear about this.
