rotten food

For the 2nd time this month, I bought rotten ox tail livers at both Woolworths Constatia Town Square and HoneyDew Village.i dont know whats happened to woolworths food, i i mean 2 times in a month. Something needs to be done, isnt woolworths known for its fresh food? And yet i get rotten food. I cannot waste my money on rotten food. Please do something about this or woolworths will loose its loyal customers, we cannot be loyal if we receive low quality foods from a store that always promises fresh high quality food.
