Rotten Fish

<p>I purchased hake fillet from Durban Bluff Woolworths at 12 midday. At 5:30pm I start to prepare my dinner and realise 1 of the 2 packs of fish I bought is rotten. Sell by date was 27 September. I called the store to tell the manager Maggie as I wanted her to know I would come back and return it and I might come after closing. Before I could ask her, she says I should make it before 6pm. She never apologised for inconvenience. I rushed to the store and was helped by Happiness and Desireè and if it was not for these 2 ladies, you would be 1 less customer. So friendly and apologetic. Sad to know less than a handful of employees have excellent customer service from a chains store giant like woolies. </p>
