Rotten eggs

I've purchased eggs amongst others before Xmas, contacted customer service, was told they would get back to me. The eggs 4 were rotten. Went to the store, new year eve, spoke to the manager Siphiwe, who gave a reference no. Today, still no comments from them, Siphiwe, who I messaged said they were going to get back to me. ie. Customer care, but to no avail. Im really disappointed with the Woolworths customer service. Exclude, Siphiwe. ☹️Woolworths customer
