Rotten Chicken two days in a row!!!

I bought chicken breasts on 9 January 2016. When I got home to open it and make supper, the whole bag of chicken breast worth R109 was rotten. It had the worst smell!!<br> I returned it the next day on 10 January 2016, where I was told that it wouldn't be rotten and that I should drive home directly from store as it is free range chicken. They refunded me and I opted to take what I thought was a fresh bag this time with 11/01/2016 as its use by date. I even bought a grocery bag that keeps it cold, just in case. When I got home...can you believe the chicken was rotten again!!!! Now I have to drive back there again tomorrow. What a waste of time!!!! So dissappointed.
