Rotten chicken priced on special

Although i must say that i love shopping at woolies and do all my monthly groceries there , i am extremely shocked that the 16 portion chicken i bought that was marked down was off (rotten), both trays. I reported it to the Compliants department a week ago and was told to discard the chicken and that they will investigate with the batch number and barcode. To date i have not received a call from anyone , i didnt get a refund or anything. <br> This is not the type of service i expected from the place i am so used to getting good service from. Having second thoughts about shopping there again.
