Rotten chicken

On Friday 27 January 2023 I went to Woolworth Promenade mall in MutchellsnPlain Cape Town and bought a few items at Woolworths. 1 of the things I bought was the 24 piece chicken pack of R191.00. When I got home I put the chicken in the freezer immediately. I took it out now Thursday 2 February 2023 to make some food to my surprise the chicken is rotten...it smells its off!!!

This is woolies I'm talking about not any other shop Woolies man for food to go off so quickly. Can someone please explain I mean I paid almost R200 for rotten chicken, which is unacceptable. It's either I want a refund or other chicken. Take your pick!
