ROTTEN APPLE

I bought apples on the 15 November 2017, from woolworths Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria. the inside part of the apple is rotten. i called the call centre i spoke to certain lady who was rude not will to listen to me unless i produce a receipt. is not for the first time this year that i complaint about rotten apples.
