Rosebank mall Woolworths

Woolworths rosebank mall so I went to the customer service dept to get my redeem my voucher ..the level of disrespect,bad attitude, inconvenience I got from your consultants it's disgusting ...stood there like a fool with a consultant by the name of K MBOWENI who been available to assist decided she will leave me stand there and thenconveniently had to take lunch after 5 mins of gossiping and not assisting cause i had complained about being sent from pillar to post Credit card dept in order for me to redeem my voucher NOKUBONGA who had been available to assist for 5 mins was pacing up and down behind their tills instead of assisting me 😳 I stood there like a fool looking at them...then a white lady came and NOKUBONGA was now available to assist her with a smile welcome her then I lost it asked her if she did not see me standing there and she said No rudely so, with a smug on her face telling me on how she thought what was... then I was then assisted by someone...to my surprise in less then 10 mins K MBOWENI who had to go for lunch was now sitting the in the from tills...the treatment I got does not fall under customer,bad attitude, gossiping,disrespect no discipline and courtesy it's disgusting I'm disgusted the behavior of your employees one rotten apple spoils the whole bag
