robbing me with double accounts

There was ***** in my account in december ,then the issue was resolved in February 2023 ,now i have two accounts showing under my name wherelese i have one account everything was moved from the old account to the new account and I'm paying my account why u doing this nonsense u affecting my credit score i need this ***** account to be removed on credit breau
