****** of R999. 00 by Woolworth

Bought a shoe from Tyger Valley and wore it. Then I noticed the one is bigger than the other t high both written size 4 to a point where I can't wear it with a dress. Returned it at the parow centre shop (close to work) where I was told it had to be sent to the technologist. I've waited for feedback for 2 weeks. When I walked back to the store to enquire I'm told the feedback is that my Complaint is unjustified. Manager couldn't even be bothered to come when I requested one. The shoe cost me R999. 00 I want even looking for a refund just a replacement of the same but correct size. I left the shoe there cause I don't know what use it would be to me.

I'm so disgusted.
