****** inside Woolworths Castle walk

Hi <br> <br> I was ****** of my phone inside Woolworths food-store Castle walk center while doing grocery shopping on 2015- 11-10. I kindly asked them to replace my phone as me and my company are big Woolworths customers.<br> <br> Was told that even though they do care about customer safety they will not be helping my in any way to replace the lost phone, or improve security at the store. Or even a voucher. This after my family normally spends in excess of R2000 per week at various Woolworths stores.<br> <br> Will not be shopping at any Woolworhts stores any more. Will also advise my friends,colleges company and suppliers to do the same, as it is not safe inside the stores, and when incidents do take place a no care attitude is taken up. There is a lot of talk, but not single cent. As a huge supporter of the brand and Marks and Spencer for many years this is unfortunate. <br> <br> It is evident that you only really care about money, not customers or their safety. The bottom line here is money.<br> <br>
