****** by Woolworths

<p>We purchased half a lamb packet on Friday, 14/10/2016 at the butchery in Tygervalley, Woolworths at the blockman, Elton and the Butchery manager, Triston. They were very friendly and I appreciated the fact that they wanted to sell half a lamt at R79.99/kg to us. We accepted immidiately and they weighed it. A week later I got my till slipp and it rang up as R99.99/kg. We paid R99.99/kg instead of R79.99.</p> <p>I phoned immediately and Elton confirmed with me that the R79.99 was the price that they said they will give to us. I said to him I will put this in writing. I have send an email with the till slip to the Foods manager on Friday, 21 October 2016 and till today, 25 October 2016 I didn't get one word feedback. </p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that I was ****** by Woolworths and do not appreciate that you are '*******' by a price that was supposedly given to you. I believe what happened in this case is that they manually entered R79.99 but the barcode is still for the price of R99.99.</p> <p> </p>
