Roach inside woolworths products

My mother purchased 2 packs of your Flour just to find a ****roach inside the pack. I know you can believe it is disgusting and also a huge problem as my mother uses that for her baking service. It is pathetic to have to deal with malpractice but unhygienic practice is a NO GO
