Ripped of my money

I have a revolving loan with Woolworths which I tried to withdraw from 4 weeks ago and it was supposed to take up to 4 working days, I did not receive the money so I called and was told I must wait 1 more day, nothing still, I called after 2 days and was told submit my bank statement I did not get a call an sms nothing so I called again and was told they did not receive my statement in which I had proof it was sent, I did not wanna make a fuss so I submitted another bank statement, I’m still waiting for my money which I’m not sure Woolworths is willing to give me my money.
