Ridiculously useless customer service

WFS worst customer service ever. After multiple attempts and e-mails to resolve the issue that I am unable to log in to WFS internet banking...still no one who is willing or able to assist. I either get standard help desk answers or sent to Absa who says go back to WFS they do not have access to WFS system.
