ridiculously bad service

I app**** for a woolworths store card. Did everything. Never heard from them. Two weeks later I queried about my store card to find out it was ready all this time it just needed to be printed. So I asked them to print it and they said they can't as their system is offline. Another two weeks havr passef still haven't heard anything. I literally just want a store card. Is it to much to ask for.
