RIDICULOUS SERVICE DELIVERY FROM WOOLWORTHS

I placed on online order on 25May 2025 for delivery and paid for delivery . I have followed up on 4 ocassions as to when delivery will be made and have been promised on all ocassions it will be delivered same day bit nothing. I received an email this morning saying they tried to deliver and have returned it so they will refund me. Why am i being refunded when no attempt of delivery was made. THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I have called the call centre today and spoke to Marriam Jacobs (i don't even know of this is her real name as she **** about the name of her supervisor thinking i wont call back) she advised the team leader will call back BUT SURPRISE SURPRISE NO_ONE CALLED BACK. I called again and asked for the Manager and I was told the manager "Jemaine" would call but still nothing!!
