Ridiculous service

I place an order on 25 May to this day I have not received the order yet and the expected date of delivery was 02 June which has passed and I phoned them to find out what was the delay they told me the courier said they could not get hold of me on 31 May and on 02 June and I told them on 02 June I spoke to them and they told me that I was not available on 31 May and they will deliver my package on 06 June Tuesday and I am still waiting and the agent at Woolworths told me about the address amended and I told him that I did not amend any address why would I amend the address and still wait like an idiot to the original address I put on the order.
