Ridiculous Service

I am absolutely mortified by the service I have recieved from this company. You keep sending me emails saying that I should order online, and when I do? You aren't able to deliver to my address, knowing what it is. Not only that, there was no indication that you do not deliver to me area, no pop-up or hint given on the website or app. So I wait a wholeday for my items just for the driver to let me know 10 minutes after delivery time that they cannot do that and now expect me to drive all the way to the store to collect the items. How pathetic. Definitely not shopping here any longer.
