Ridiculous Overdue Fees

I have been paying my woolies account every single month. Everytime I pay extra to reduce my debt they charge me a ridiculous overdue fee. I've sent them multiple emails with absolutely zero response and I've even called their offices and to this day they haven't resolved my querie. If you're thinking of ever opening a woolworths account please don't. They will rip you off with stupid fees
