Ridiculous interest

The worst customer service, I have tried to contact Woolworths customer service regarding the ridiculous interest charged on my account whereas I always pay before the payment date. I got a response a week ago that a agent will be in contact with and haven't got any response emailed again 2 days again still no one is getting back to me. No one is assisting me to resolve my query I'm a very disappointed customer.
