Rewards. What rewards?!?!

Hi Woolworths. Would be very kind of you to respond to my emails and facebook messages regarding my rewards. I think that if you market a promotion i.e. Play and Win, you should be able to follow up....as promised by your team WEEKS ago...where my vouchers are. 3weeks of playing, 3 vouchers won...but no trace of them.
