Rewards play & win link not working

I am having countless issues with your rewards. First I did not receive the emails. The I logged it with your rewards team who took forever to get back to me and basically was of no assistance. Then probably a month later(today) I receive the rewards email to play & win but when I click on the link to play I get an error message "502 Bad Gateway". This is so frustrating.
