Rewards Card

Have tried unsuccessfully since late last year to obtain rewards card, as advertised in store, to take advantage of numerous Woolworths promotions. Each time I've been told there is no availability. Called your help Centre via cellphone in front of your store management, only to be cut off again and again. When will these cards be available? No customer without one can benefit from your promotions.
