REWARDS

I've had a Rewards Card for years but last year in June it became cracked and tatty and I went into a shop to have it replaced. Instead of simply issuing the card as a replacement, the Einstein who "assisted" me opened a NEW profile. Suddenly I was downgraded to the lowest tier. After at least 7 vain attempts I'm getting nowhere with the *********** people at Woolworths Rewards.
