Revolting Attitude

I was unimpressed with the attitude I received from an employee who besides not having a clue of what they work with was rude enough to slam the phone in my ear, when I tried calling back to request assistance again they pass the buck instead of helping (Kabelo/ Thabang). I was advised they do easypay payments & wanted to query this but was indirectly told to fly a kite. I find this to be absolutely appalling & distasteful
