Reviewed and cannot be more appropriate!

I am sick to death of writing to Woolworths to ask them to send me my monthly account for payment. Now they have asked me for my FICA documents!! This is the most ridiculous accounts department that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Do you think that because you are Woolworths, it gives you the right to treat long serving customers like you do! I can assure you that I will not get any feedback on this issue. Very disappointed!!!
