Reversal on Credit availability.

Paid a balance of R133.00 on my store account. However there was a reversal on credit and that affect my current balance. Now my balance os R3910.00 instead of R0.00. Its like I purchased something while I didn't. Now they failing to fixing they are telling about a banking that was not for the 3rd and a whole lot of ****.
