Good day,

I bought two jerseys for my mom at the beginning of winter as a gift. I don't have the slip anymore. My mom unfortunately passed away in August after being hospitalised for 6 weeks. I went to Woolworths Vaal Mall to return the jerseys, still brand new with their tags on. They agreed to refund me with a voucher but then said that they are unable to assist in any way as the items are not on the system anymore.

I don't have any use for them and for obvious reasons really don't want to keep them.

Can you please assist me with this?
