Returning shoe

I think you must improve your customers service . I bought boot on 15 May 2019 at Woolworths Adderley Street and the shoe gave me blister on right foot and manager call Vuyo told me must waiting 4- 6 weeks factory Shop to assist and then I am the one with fault with my feet if dont find anything, people where next to me the returning torn shoe or old shoes can be returned.
