Returning kids shoes

I bought shoes at bridge city returned thm the following day because they were to big for my daughter The supervisor at customer service she ddnt want to take thm she told me they are dirty and yet the baby ddnt wore them she just fitted thm and i took them out

The supervisor was rude and she didn't even want to hear my story

Im very disappointed on how i was treated @durban bridge city on Saturday around 1pm😭
