Returning items

I was returning a pair of my son's sandals because their small. I didn't notice that where he was fitting them was dusty so they had a bit of dust underneath. The shoes still had tags and one of the cashiers said she says they have never been worn as they were clean inside. The attitude received from Woolworths Lambton store manager (Ms Langa)is unacceptable. She said I am returning second hand items and I didn't buy the second hand and she just had a stinking attitude. Whilst I am being assisted a white lady comes to return torn jeans and she got the best service no questions asked. I am a frequent customer as I stay closer to the center and have never experienced such disturbing manner of approach
