Return/exchange

3 weeks ago I bought a black dress at Woolworths in Pietermaritzburg . I didn’t check the size because I was in a hurry to attend my grandmom funeral . When I got home unfortunately the dress didn’t fit. Now that I’m back in Cape Town I went to return the dress in Promenade and they refused to do an exchange or give me atleast a gift voucher. I don’t have the receipt but the price tag is still there . Now I’m stuck with a dress that does not fit. I’m really disappointed at the treatment I received. What a waste of my money
