Returned mouldy food in open pack, replaced on store shelf and still lying there a week later.

Can I give less than 1 star? Woolworths Waterstone Village. Saturday 5 October 2024 I returned a pack of naan bread as I had discovered mould when opening the package. The BB date is Dec 2024. A week later (12 Oct) I discovered the same open pack on the shelf, now significantly mouldier, and spreading spores across the shelf as the packet was open. As I could not find the manager at the time, I emailed Woolworths customer services, offering the photo evidence I took. I received an automated response saying they would get back to me but, over 2 weeks later, I have still heard nothing. Meanwhile, at least 5 children have recently died in the country due to food poisoning, yet it seems that Woolies does not feel any need to ensure that its food is safe and is furthermore quite happy to return an open and mouldy pack to their shelf and leave it there, spreading spores, for over a week. I regret not immediately contacting the Western Cape Health Department.
