Return policy sucks

I bought a school shoe for my daughter yesterday only to get home and when she tries it on its big. I returned it the next day in the morning, I was told they can’t take it back because it has been worn. It’s obvious she had to put in on before we could determine it could fit her. I’m so disappointed with the Woolworth in Umtata , I’m stuck now with a school shoe I won’t be using ☹️
