Return Policy

<p>I went to Eastgate mall over the weekend to exchange a top from Trenery I was told I can only exchange for a Trenery item and of the same amount, I then advised I don't want a Trenery Item I wanted to get something else I was told that is not possible, I don't want a refund I just wanted to exchange.... so I'm stuck with an top I don't want and that doesn't even fit me only because it was bought for me and the person does not have a receipt anymore . I have never received such terrible service. NOW I NEED THIS TOP EXCHANGED BECOUSE THIS IS JUST REDICULIOUS AT SANDTON CITY THEY DO EXCHANGES ANS AT EASTGATE THEY DONT, IS THIS NOT THE SAME SHOP AND SHOULD THE RUSLES BE THE SAME????????<br /><br /></p>
