Return on poor quality

A dress i bought in Feb has poor quality and i need it exchanged. Called head office today before i drive for nothing and informed them i have no slip. Spoke to store person who said i can come in and change even though i bought in a diff store. But if i bought on sale its an issue.

Now i cant because later it was eventually on sale then off the system. I left it there !!!

The supervisor says that why its important to keep the slip. Am i not being assisted because i have no slip?

I want my money back. This is a **** period.

I buy wollies coz i want quality and now im suppose to take a cheap dress like i bought ut in at the side of a street.
