Requested acount to be closed- STILL NOT DONE

<p>I had paid up my Woolworths account over 2 years ago and requested the account to be closed. I have sent numerous emails and even spoke to someone at the call center. Still nothing done. </p> <p>My credit profile still reflects an open account with woolworths.</p> <p>Please help</p>
