Repeated issue with poor-quality boxed g****s – Woolworths

This is the second time I have experienced poor-quality boxed g****s purchased from Woolworths at Northgate Shopping Centre.

On the first occasion, I bought red boxed g****s which were mushy and clearly not fresh. I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was an isolated incident. However, I have now had the same experience again, this time with white boxed g****s — also mushy and of unacceptable quality.

This is extremely disappointing, especially given Woolworths’ strong marketing around freshness and premium quality. As a customer, I specifically choose Woolworths and pay a premium with the expectation that the products will meet those standards.

Two separate purchases, on different occasions, both resulting in substandard fruit, indicates a potential issue with quality control, storage, or stock rotation at this branch.
