Remove my work email from marketing email list

I have been trying to get my work email address off the marketing mail list with no success. i have called, i have sent endless emails, and i still keep receiving emails on my work email. i have tried the unsubscribe button a thousand times.

can you please remove my email address from your mailing list please!!!!
