Refusing to mail invoices

<p>I have repeatedly - REPEATEDLY, as is my lawful right - requested that Woolworths mail my invoices to me at my physical address, and not send them electronically. I have also told them that I will not again pay any outstanding amounts (which are minor, but nonetheless) unless I receive my accounts by mail. (The Post Office no longer is the problem; I receive all my other mail.)</p> <p> </p> <p>They have assured me (also repeatedly) that I shall receive my invoices as requested, but I still receive no invoices, only electronic spam.</p> <p> </p> <p>Next stop Consumer Tribunal?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
