refusing to issue a paid up letter

<p>my account was handed over to the attorneys without being informed and now i have paid all the outstanding money in my woolworths account and the lawyers of of woolworths RL Daly attorneys are refusing issue me with a paid up letter.</p> <p>I have been calling all the parties involved to try and resolve this and up to this point i have had no sucess.</p>
