REFUSED TO EXCHANGE MU GOODS

I bought items for my daughter as I went to exchange them for a refund. They refused to refund me my money and take back their goods. I'm a great buyer at Woolies and I'm utterly disgusted by this <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Woolworths Insurance to Woolworths South Africa by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
