Refused Return Goes against WW Policy

I was refused to exchange or refund of veg that I purchased at WW El Ridge.

I purchased 2 veg (on promotion) for R50 on the 18th Feb and when I opened it the veg was off. When I took it back to the store the manager refused to exchange or refund.

I was told it is 5 days later and we should of sent a photo and message when we opened it.

Very disappointed with service I received
