refused me to exchange the shoe

went to exchange the shoes I bought for my mother as she was not comfortable with the shoes that I bought. when I got to the counter I advised that I want to exchanged the shoes the consultant didn't ask me the reason why I am returning the shoes . she told me that they wont be able to assist as I did not have the receipt but the price tag was still intact. when she check the shoes undernith she found that the shoe a little tired which if I had used a cloth it would have been re moved . my problem is there were other shoes that were returned which were more tidy than the ones I return and also I have bought shoes from woolies that were tidy undernith. I had to go home with the shoes unexchanged .<br>
