Refused exchange

Honestly, woolworths Westville doesn't even deserve the 1* that I have put. I have recieved the worst service ever... I went to woolworths at Westville to exchange the juice I bought on Sat although the juice was still sealed and I still had a recipe the lady I was directed to refused to assist she said the juice was unresellable because of the temperature it has... I bought the juice on Sat when I got home I checked the expiry date and realised it's sooner than the occasion I needed it for and tried to return and It was refused... I'm not sure what upset me the most whether it was her attitude and tone or the refusal it self... Tried to ask for the manager and I was told he is not available he will be in a meeting until 5 and after that he is going straight home.
