Refuse to refund amount overpaid on account

<p>I have paid to Woolworths an amount of R360,00 in excess of what was due to them. They refuse to refund this amount into my bank account or even allow me to take good to the value of the money they owe me. Despite several attempts from my side to rectify this situation via e-mails and telephonic complaints it is now 6 months down the line and I have not yet even had a courtesey mail informing me that they are looking into the issue, let alone having any joy in respect of this issue. I refuse to buy from Woolworths ever again.</p>
