Refusal to Replace or Repair while on guarantee.

I have a problem with Woolworths East Rand Mall we bought a phone last February 2023 around October and November it was freezing then December the screen went off. We took it back as it was still covered by guarantee. To our surprise they say we have to pay R5000 for Repairs and the phone was R3000.

We requested them to bring the phone back they said we must pay excess.

PETER can you please assist us with the replacement of this phone or phone being repairs since is still on guarantee.
