Refusal of refund

Sammy marks square has very rude and unbothered customer services consultants, I have an account and have over paid but today the store refused to process my refund because I didn't have my ID with me,and I have liased with customers services before about my issue but today it was thrown in my face by a lazy uninterested supervisor or consultant. Now I had to pay 900 instead of 700👎
